FELTON,Delaware. May. 24, 2017– The Delaware Auto Exchange today announced CJ Faison has been named President, effective immediately. As President, Faison, will have responsibility for all of the Company's operating systems nationwide.

Faison, 23, is one of the most influential entrepreneurs and leaders of his time. He has been labeled as a marketing maven ever since 2012 in his days of racing in NASCAR. Under Faison’s leadership, the Delaware Auto Exchange, strategically expanded its brand portfolio and improved execution across the region. These actions helped drive solid topline growth and expanded the Company’s leading market share position in total vehicles sold within the region. CJ also holds a position as a director for the NAPAA (National Association of Public Auto Auctions. Nonetheless, Faison, is what the media calls a “Standout” in the business world.

Faison also lead the company into its newest stage of growth with taking a local auction to a National level by introducing new products and services. Now bidders across the United States are able to bid on vehicles at the Delaware Auto Exchange anywhere they happen to be with his implementation of Simulcast Bidding powered by Velocicast.

At the age of 7, CJ started working at the auction for the owner which happens to be his father, Ron Faison, who started his venture with the Delaware Auto Exchange shortly after moving his family to Delaware from North Carolina in 1996.

Ron Faison who has over 30 years in the auction industry has always said “I always knew that CJ would take the bull by the horns and run with it. He has an insane amount of drive and energy just as I did when I was younger. It’s refreshing to know I can step away and the place will continue to grow but even faster. CJ has been running the company for the past 3 years, we have experienced more organic growth in that time than any other years in our company’s history. I’ll always be a phone call away and still be an auctioneer for CJ on Thursday nights. He’s extremely smart when it comes to business.”- Ron Faison

Just a year ago when the talk about serious growth and expansion was taken place, CJ started recruiting his “All-Star Team” of employees knowing that this day would soon come. A year later, he has his team in place. The 23 year old manages 58 employees and that number is soon to grow again.
